Discovery Location: Based on specimens found in the Morrison Formation, USA – a rich source of juvenile sauropod fossils that illuminate sauropod growth and development.
Skeleton: Meticulously sculpted and created from durable resin with high anatomical precision, this reconstruction captures the unique proportions of a juvenile diplodocid. this specimen reflects early ontogenetic stages, including a relatively short neck, large orbital openings, and a delicate, whip-like tail. Features a weathered fossil bone finish and includes an internal metal armature for strength and long-term display.
Display: Comes with a custom black stand, securely supporting the skeleton in a lifelike walking or browsing posture. The elevated tail and dynamic stance suggest the vitality of a young, fast-growing sauropod.
Assembly: Ships in several sections for safe transport. Easy slot-together assembly; minor adhesive may be useful for securing internal rods.
